お正月明けから、初詣巡り。さらに息子の成人式の準備、他新年会等でドタバタしまして、
気づけば一月も下旬に差し掛かって参りました。

今週前半に大寒（1/20）を迎え、気温も一気に極寒へ移行しましたが、既に1/5の小寒を迎えており、
季節も約15日かけて徐々に冬支度をしていたようであります。
外で常に過ごしていれば、移り変わりをダイレクトに感じれるのかもしれませんが、小生出不精でありまして
外を歩いてみて、厳しい寒さを一気に感じた次第であります。
寒さ対策に、だだ今万全を期しているところであります。三番目の子供も、中学から高校へ移行するタイミングであり健康に関して、人一倍気遣わなければならない時期でございます。
家族みんなで協力して、受験に立ち向かっている最中です。

昨年の末ぐらいのタイミングで、弊社のトラックも全台、クラウド型のデジタルタコグラフを導入することが出来ました。日報については、去年の前半くらいまでは、パイロットさん一人ひとり手書きで作成して管理者へ提出しておりました。そのため、作成時間で約30分（点検は別）は帰庫後時間を要してしまい、働き方改革関連法の観点からも効率化が急務でありました。

IT物流の展示会において、出会いがありましたOCTLINK（オクトリンク）様との細かい打合せを重ねて、今回全ての弊社のトラックにデジタコを導入することが出来ました。
本当にご尽力頂き、ありがとうございました。

オクトリンクさんのデジタコは、現在進行形で機能のアップデートを含めた進化をし続けており、使用させて頂いている弊社としても、サービス内容についてとても満足しております。
2025年のアップデート内容
・電源OFFタイマー
トラックのエンジンオフ後、設定した時間（最大30分迄）に自動的にデジタコの電源を切ってくれます。
・勤怠システムとのデータ連携が可能
物流DXへの足掛かりのサポート機能としても大いに活用可能。
・長時間連続運転における条件設定機能を付与
「長時間運転」（連続運転4時間以内、かつ合計30分以内の休憩）において、純粋な休憩のみに絞ることは労務管理とパイロットの安全面で大きなメリットである。これはコンプライアンス（法令遵守）の面でも有効であります。
・通知機能を劇的に改善
データ出力の各種通知方法の改善を行い、複数の管理者が通知を受け取れる様になりました。
・最高速度表記
トラックの一般道（60ｋｍ）、高速道（90ｋｍ）の最高速度の項目を運転日報へ追記。
・OCTLINKMAPに新機能を搭載
雨雲レーダー機能、ハザードマップ機能、航空写真機能も付与されています。

このように業務全体の効率化に大いに貢献してくれています。
現に弊社のパイロット（ドライバー）からは、業務の負担が軽減されて働きやすくなったとの声も頂いております。

今後は、勤怠・労務管理、そして点呼機能といった外部サービスとのデータ連携を加速させて、弊社のDX化を促進させて参りたいと思います。

健康経営優良法人認定を目指す弊社としましては、従業員さんへの情報共有は不可欠であります。
