Switching Ki (change of heart)
Thank you very much to everyone who was involved in the anniversary of the founding of the company.
The General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully completed, and we were able to enter our 69th fiscal year in the true sense of the word.
I had the opportunity to look at the materials of past General Meetings.
According to the materials of the 40th general meeting in Heisei 6, the company has seven offices nationwide.
The number of employees is about 500. I was shocked to find that there were about 30 shareholders, which was unthinkable for Ima.
The general meeting was held at a hotel in Asakusa, and it seems that it was held in a grand manner.
It was an event at the company in the early Heisei era about 28 years ago, and it is a past event that I do not understand at all for a small student who has not yet joined the company.
Compared to that time, Ima has become a very small elite company.
I believe that it has become easier for managers and employees to receive their opinions and requests, and I would like to continue to be such a company.
Anyway, a change of heart! I would like to move forward step by step in the new 69th term with a healthy spirit.
We would like to ask again for your continued support.
12The month is finally the end of the year and the end of the year, and it is an important time to express our gratitude to those who have taken care of us over the past year. We still can't let our guard down against corona infections and even the influenza virus, so I would like to convey my gratitude for the year ahead by paying close attention to infection prevention while maintaining immunity.
At the end of this blog, I would like to describe some of the words left by a physician named "Hippocrates", who is called the father of medicine in ancient Greece, 2,500 years ago.
"Every human being has a hundred famous doctors in his body."
= It means that doctors 2,500 years ago understood the natural healing power of humans by studying the inside of the body.
"Everything that happens to the mind affects the body, and what happens to the body also affects the mind."
= I say "Illness comes from Ki". The mind and body are two sides of the same coin, and they can never be separated.
"Walking is the best medicine for human beings."
= Is it universal wisdom from the past to the present? Is it proof that there have always been people who lacked exercise?
"Let thy food be medicine, and thy medicine as food."
= It is a word that conveys the message that eating habits are important. In Japan, there is also a term called "medicine and food dogen" based on the idea of Chinese medicine. It may be said that it is the basis for living a healthy life.
At the end of his life, he said,Take care of your own health. If you have a disease that originated from you, cure it yourself.』
ForeverSelf-containedIt is.
