With the arrival of autumn, I thought that today would be the last day of the 68th term of the Reiwa New Year's Kuzuki, but the heat is coming from the morning as if it is returning to summer, and it is not a place to change clothes.
Is it October from next week to the sunlight that makes you wonder if the outfit will really change to an autumn thing from next week? Is it only me who doubts that?
In any case, I am relieved that the 68th term of Touji Distribution Co., Ltd. will come to an end without any problems.
Looking back, in 2022, the global pandemic restricted people-to-people relationships in various places and regions. In addition, there were of course the mental burden of anxiety and fear due to the constant crisis of infection, and health problems due to breathing problems (shallow breathing) caused by masks, and of course there were sequelae of infection.
Recently, the number of infected people has finally begun to clearly decrease even in Japan, and it may be easier to spend time at work and in daily life.
It's a personal opinion, but there have been many casualties in the past three years due to the corona disaster, and I think that most people are infected and are very worried, but I feel that most people are firmly accepting the society with corona, including vaccines and coping methods.
I think most people have changed by thinking at an individual level about "what has happened cannot be helped, and how to create a standard of life and rhythm in that situation."
The pandemic (corona disaster) was certainly a major event that will go down in a painful and harsh history for humankind, but from another perspective, I feel that it was an infectious disease that brought about major changes in many ways, to the extent that it would be too thoughtless to interpret it as "unnecessary." At least for me (the environment), it can be said that the last three years have been about 180 degrees Celsius of environmental reform.
At this timing, the 69th period (from the Reiwa Year of the Year to the Reiwa of the Year of the Child) will finally start next week.
With our thoughts so far, we have also changed our one-year policy.

Improving safety and quality is a constant and eternal theme, so this belief remains unchanged. I believe that the goal of achieving zero accidents as close as possible is absolutely necessary as a transportation company. It is an accumulation of days at a time, but when you accomplish your work or achieve your goals, we believe that (smile) and (joy) are a set, so we have made it the first policy proposal.
In addition, the number of bankruptcies at companies in Japan economies due to the Corona disaster has continued to increase since last year and this year, according to reports from the media and research companies. It's a huge blow to a completely Japan society. I think that the existence of companies is not a matter of course, but I think that society continues to be impressed. Just being able to do sales activities is very valuable! "Pride" (self-confidence) is a necessary skill for the new era ahead.
Our management philosophy is "value creation." We have made this the second policy with the desire to create further value by valuing the connection between people together with producers (shippers) who can create things.
