本当にこのコロナ禍真っ只中の67期は忘れられない営業年度となりそうです。
余りにも、色々な事があり過ぎて・・・会社が存続出来ているだけでも奇跡ではないかとも思っています。

来週には、人との別れもあります。
約12年間この会社でご尽力頂いていた精鋭さんが、このコロナ禍の影響も相まって退職することになりました。

「会社にプラスになっているのでしょうか」と言われました。。。
当たり前です。プラスしかありません！会社に在籍（存在）することはそれだけでとても価値があることであると小生は思っています。
そこで働く＝エネルギーが生産されています。相互会話が生まれます、そしてチェックと確認。最後にその人の笑顔も。見えることだけでなく見えない部分でも大きな計り知れない「貢献」があると小生は確信しています。

だから尊いと思います。
あなたが人生での大きな壱ページであったと感じるなら、こちらも同じ様に、いやそれ以上に感じています。
最後の最期まで業務についてもご配慮を頂き、本当に有難うございました。

東京はいよいよ宣言も解除になるかと思いきや、引き続き31日迄宣言継続との事。
都内の義務教育は、本日から登校かリモートかの選択式にて授業が再開となりました。

イマの親御さん達は、難しい状況で選択を迫られます。
何を信じて、判断すればよいのか分からないからです。
コロナ禍における緊急事態宣言は継続するが、学校は再開いたしますという状況ですから当然であります。

一体、いつまでこのような茶番を続けるのでしょうか。
まだ日本におけるワクチン接種率が政府の目標とする値に到達してないからですか。

現状で、何が大きな問題なのかわかってらっしゃる筈です。
イマこそ一致団結する時ではないでしょうか。
手遅れなんてことはありません。決めた時がスタートであると思います。
その時は全力で応援いたします。

そんな決断が出来る自立した政府と総理大臣を心から望んでおります。

さて、来週からは「秋の全国交通安全運動」が9/21（火）より始まります。
この運動は、広く交通安全思想を普及・浸透を図り、交通ルールの尊守を習慣付け地域と警察が一体となって交通安全運動を推進するものであると定義されています。

今年は、コロナ禍真っ只中ということで、運動活動も制限がかかっているとのこと。
非常に残念でありますが、運送会社である弊社は「安全意識に制限」ということはあり得ませんので、
今まで通り、安全向上を信念として社会に貢献していくのみであります。

警察庁からの告知ポスターやタペストリー等の作成及び配布に感謝申し上げます。
改めて無事故・無違反を継続し、運動期間も無事に乗り切って、東貨流通としての総決算として30日の決算日（運動終了日）を迎えたく存じます。

This month is finally the closing month of our company. The 67th term, which started last October, has only one month left. The heat seems to have crossed the pass, and while feeling a little cool, long sleeves have become indispensable.

Corona infection continues to spread. We are still patient with no freedom, such as visiting customers and talking with people, but since our daily lives continue indifferently, we see it as a time when we can explore new things that can be done while being inconvenienced, such as goals for the next fiscal year and things to be achieved.

However, the company is an organization, and "work" cannot be completed by one person's power.
There are people who negotiate (meetings and estimates)
There is a person to carry (transportation)
There is a person to request (clerical work)
There are people who appreciate it (everyone)
If there is no cooperation and support from the people around you, it will not work out immediately. Of course, when we think about what we do for what we do, I think that there are various reasons for each person, such as "to increase income" and "to fulfill dreams and goals", but I think that the ultimate result is "individual happiness" and "creation of a rich life". No matter how much work you can do, what happens if you forget humility, gratitude and compassion for others, and start to be self-righteous and arrogant? I think that it becomes a closed lonely life because the distance of the mind which is not seen with the people around me is made.

It is said that work consists of the following three elements.

・Vision = The future vision that you want to be like this in your own future and the direction you should aim for.
・ Value = your own "value" and the standard of action.
Work and everything that attaches to work are common, and men and women, of course, status are not a problem. I think that establishing these three elements within yourself will enhance the "charm" that you can not see.
It will also lead to the joy and peace of mind of the people involved in this work, so let's work on it by all means.
